Terms and conditions of sale
In our online store you can purchase in complete safety just like in a real store. All our individual shipments are accompanied by a regular transport document in your name, to be kept for the guarantee.
Conditions
The prices applied are all VAT included and are already the minimum prices. Please do not make further requests for discounts, which will not be taken into consideration. For each order placed on our online store, the invoice request must be requested at the time of purchase by filling in the appropriate spaces or within 7 days from the date of the order by written communication reporting the billing data.
Conditions of the online purchase contract
The general contract conditions are applicable to all the offers present on this site (www.kimvercoop.it) of the company KIMVERCOOP SOC.COOP, Viale Sant’Ambrogio n 19 – 29121 (PC) with VAT number 01791820333. By making the purchase, the buyer acknowledges the effectiveness and applicability of these general conditions by accepting them WITHOUT RESERVATIONS (thus constituting the entire agreement between the parties). The customer undertakes and is obliged, once the “online” purchase procedure has been concluded, to print and keep the general conditions reported on the various pages of the site which, moreover, he will have already viewed and accepted as an obligatory step in the purchase, as well as the specifications of the product being purchased, and this in order to fully satisfy the condition referred to in articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999.
The buyer is strictly prohibited from entering false and/or fictitious data in the Online Order procedure necessary to activate the procedure for the execution of this contract and the related further communications; the personal data must be exclusively his own real personal data and not those of third parties, or fictitious. The customer authorizes the company KIMVERCOOP SOC.COOP and undertakes to provide, at the discretion of the latter, a copy of non-expired identity documents. Failure to comply with the request for documents authorizes KIMVERCOOP Soc.coop to terminate the contract due to non-fulfilment by the buyer. It is expressly forbidden to make multiple registrations corresponding to the same person or to enter data of third parties. KIMVERCOOP Soc.coop reserves the right to legally pursue any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers.
The Customer releases the company Kimvercoop soc.coop from any liability arising from the issuance of incorrect tax documents due to errors relating to the data provided by the Customer, the Customer being solely responsible for the correct entry.
Product prices may vary continuously, as a result of constant changes in market conditions, and our costs of acquisition, management, transportation, logistics, etc.
Any order placed by phone, by email or through any channel except sites other than www.kimvercoop.it refers to the same conditions reported on this page.
In the event of an error in the publication price of a product, any order for this will not be processed and will consequently be cancelled.
KIMVERCOOP SOC.COOP reserves the right to prevent access to the site and/or KIMVERCOOP Services, to limit, suspend or close an account, to remove or modify the contents of the site at its discretion, in the event of violation of the applicable legal provisions, of these General Conditions of Use, or of the applicable guidelines or policies.
Shipping and delivery
Purchases made on www.kimvercoop.it are delivered via national couriers, to the delivery address indicated at the time of the order. During the order process, it is possible to indicate a contact person and a delivery location that are different from the data provided for the order header and invoicing.
For each order placed, Kimvercoop issues a suitable online receipt document for the shipped material valid for the warranty. For the issuance of such documents, the information provided by the customer at the time of ordering is valid.
Delivery is made at street level, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the accessibility of the ordered goods to the delivery location and report any difficulties before the goods leave.
In the event of a failed delivery, the courier will make a new attempt, if they are unable to deliver again the shipment will be put into storage.
All stocks are released by us free of charge with delivery on the working day following notification and with telephone notice
